Placing Orders for Goods

Your Order Cancellations Rights

You may return goods in accordance with these Terms and our Returns Policy. Please review our Returns Policy for details on your right to cancel an order. Your right to cancel applies only to goods returned in the same condition as received. All product instructions, documents, and packaging must be included. Returns will not be accepted for items that are used beyond opening the original packaging, or not in their original condition. Please handle purchased goods with care while in your possession. If the product is defective, it is required to send photos of the defect in order to process its return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The reimbursement will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, with no additional fees.

You will not have the right to cancel an order for:

Custom-made or personalized goods
Goods that, by nature, cannot be returned, expire quickly, or deteriorate over time
Goods unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Goods that, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items
Digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where performance has begun with your prior consent, acknowledging the loss of the cancellation right

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We continuously update our product offerings on the Service. However, products may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable. We may also experience delays in updating product details on the Service and in external advertising. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information—such as pricing, product images, specifications, availability, and services—is entirely accurate or complete. We reserve the right to modify or update information and correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Pricing Policy

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time before accepting an order. After an order is accepted, prices may be revised due to factors beyond our control, such as government actions, changes in customs duties, increased shipping costs, currency fluctuations, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, you will have the option to cancel your order.

Payments

All goods purchased require a one-time payment. Available payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express, and online payment options such as PayPal. All payment cards are subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer. If authorization is not received, we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of your order.

Promotions

In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion terms will take precedence.

User Accounts

Mobile Message Service Terms and Conditions

The Onyx Sweden mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Onyx Sweden (“we” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. By consenting to Onyx Sweden SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Onyx Sweden through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and account-related information (e.g., order updates, account alerts). Promotional messages may include special offers, promotions, and marketing content (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that signing up for this program is not required to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Onyx Sweden. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including those from your wireless provider. You may opt out of the Service at any time by texting the single keyword command “STOP” or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Onyx Sweden mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel them, you will need to opt out separately from each program unless otherwise required by law. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. If you change your number, you must sign up for the program again with your new number. Termination

Limitation of Liability

Regardless of any damages You may incur, the total liability of the Company and its suppliers under any provision of these Terms, and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing, shall be limited to the amount You actually paid through the Service or 100 USD if You have not made any purchases through the Service. Waiver

Sustainability is at the heart of Onyx Sweden. We strive to offer clothing made from environmental friendly fabrics, and 95% of our collection consists of items with at least 50% natural fibers. However, some garments, particularly winter wear (coats & jackets), may contain synthetic materials to enhance warmth, durability, or stretch. We carefully select blends to balance sustainability with functionality, ensuring that our products remain long-lasting and comfortable while reducing environmental impact.
